How much does Pluck & Swagger charge for shipping?
Pluck & Swagger offers a Flat Rate Shipping of $7.00 per order to shipping addresses in the continental United States. (Customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us directly for shipping inquiries.)

Does Pluck & Swagger ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
In accordance with current tax regulations on online sales, sales tax will only be collected on purchases made by Pluck & Swagger customers residing in Pennsylvania. These orders will be subjected to the 6% PA sales tax.

How do I return an item?
In order to return an item, you must first submit a Return Request. Simply sign in to your account and click on the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu. Find the order that contains the item(s) to be returned and click on the Return Item(s) button. Fill out the Return Request form and submit. Within 24 hours of submitting your Return Request, you will receive an e-mail with a link to our Customer Portal where you can download a pre-paid return label as a PDF.

Okay, I've downloaded my pre-paid return label. What do I do next?
Please print this return label and affix it to the package containing the items to be returned. You will then need to schedule a pickup or take the package to the nearest facility that matches the postage carrier shown on the return label.

When can I expect to receive my refund for an item returned?
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process the return and issue a refund as quickly as possible. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipping carrier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).

What information does Pluck & Swagger collect?

  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

  • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

  • We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

  • Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the "Do we use 'cookies'?" section below for information about cookies and how we use them.


How does Pluck & Swagger protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

Does Pluck & Swagger use "cookies"?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. Does Pluck & Swagger disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
